Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Guinness (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Slither by Velvet Revolver . Peter Guinness is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guinness clinches up against the cage.

Guinness breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Guinness looks for a takedown but Jones sprawls well.
Jones avoids a kick to the body.

Guinness closes the distance and clinches.
Guinness wants a takedown.
Guinness prevents Jones from breaking the clinch.
Guinness is pushing Jones up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Guinness turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Guinness manages to end up in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Guinness in side control, throwing shots but Jones defends.
Jones is trying to buck Guinness off.
Jones is trying to get back to half guard.

Guinness is looking to take a break and control but Jones is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Guinness stands up and beckons Jones to his feet.
Jones scores with a jab. Guinness acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
A clash of legs there as Jones blocks the low kick.
Guinness walks into a left hand.
Jones wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Jones thuds his right hand into Guinness's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Guinness misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Brian Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Guinness.

Guinness shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jones napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Guinness controlling the position.
Guinness with the ground and pound but Jones regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
Jones is looking for a sweep. Guinness is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Jones wants to get back to his feet.

Guinness sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jones defending well though.
Guinness wants to pass the guard but Jones is defending well.
Guinness trying to control the action but Jones is working from the bottom.

Guinness decides to stand and escape the position.

Jones lands with a cross.
Guinness misses with a left hand
enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab.
Jones cracks Guinness with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Guinness walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Guinness lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jones's sensitive parts.
Jones fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Guinness on the side of the head.
Guinness swings widly with a right hand
and Jones counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Guinness looks gassed!
Jones connects with a looping right hand.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Guinness at a distance.
Guinness on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Jones lands with a nice combination. Guinness backs away looking to recover.
Guinness closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Guinness walks into a left hand.
Jones scores with a one two! Guinness had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Guinness is rocked!
Jones pounces like a tiger and cracks Guinness with a vicious hook! Guinness is down but not out! Jones follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
