Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Taalasmaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Kringle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taalasmaa comes into the arena with Smurffit - Tunteisiin blaring out of the sound system. Kringle has chosen Wating on the world to change, by John Mayer as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kringle swings widly with a right hand
and Taalasmaa counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Kringle misses with a lunging right hand
and Taalasmaa cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Kringle misses with a jab to the body

and Taalasmaa counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Kringle won't allow Taalasmaa to pass to mount.
Taalasmaa tries to stand and escape but Kringle is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Taalasmaa is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Kringle is in a horrible position here. Taalasmaa smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Taalasmaa breaks from Kringle's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Taalasmaa has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kringle's face.

Kringle blocking the ground and pound.
Kringle is desperately trying to improve his position but Taalasmaa has a good base and remains in mount.
Taalasmaa misses with a head shot.
Kringle avoids a series of strikes thrown by Taalasmaa.
Taalasmaa throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Taalasmaa has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kringle tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Taalasmaa in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Taalasmaa postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Kringle in real trouble here! The ref calls for Kringle to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
