The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoff moves out of range of the strikes.
Hoff looks to land a combination but Karinen avoids it well.

enabling Karinen to counter with a crisp jab.

Karinen throws an overhand right that lands on Hoff's shoulder, as Hoff tries to avoid the shot.

Hoff pushes Karinen back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch.

Hoff digs a right hand underneath Karinen's ribcage. Karinen let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Karinen cracks Hoff with a nice body shot.

Hoff with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Hoff wants to get back to striking at distance but Karinen won't allow it.
Karinen blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Karinen lands with an uppercut that bounces Hoff off the ropes and back into rage.
Oh Hoff is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Karinen lands with a nice body punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Karinen closes the distance and pushes Hoff back into the ropes.
Karinen unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Hoff! He's leaning against the ropes trying to keep his feet but Karinen is unloading with more strikes now! Hoff drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kimbo Karinen!
