Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Craig David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David comes to the cage accompanied by The Who - Baba O'Riley. Robinson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Tempz - Next Hype kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Matthew Robinson!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson wants to clinch but David slips to the side
and David counters with a nice uppercut.
Robinson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Robinson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
David thumps Robinson with a low kick.
Robinson misses with a takedown attempt
and David makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Robinson closes the distance but David moves to the side
and David counters with a nice kick to the body.
Robinson looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Robinson tries to keep at a distance but David has taken the fight into the clinch.

David breaks the clinch.
David misses with a two punch combination.
Matthew Robinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Robinson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
David smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
That kick from David tenderised Robinson's leg. Robinson is trying to keep his angry face on.
David jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

It looks like Matthew Robinson has been cut.

David lands a big head kick that sends Robinson tumbling to the mat! David takes a step backwards and waves Robinson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

David sends Robinson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! David is motioning to the referee to let Robinson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Robinson is rocked!
David dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Robinson. That did some damage!
Robinson drops his hands momentarily. David doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Robinson staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Robinson doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
