Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Bison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dino Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bison comes to the ring accompanied by M. Bison Theme. Adams is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rush - Limelight. Mike Bison had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Dino Adams will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams wants to clinch but Bison slips to the side
and Bison counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Bison throws out a loose jab but Adams uses good head movement to avoid it.
Adams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bison darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Adams ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Bison misses with a series of wild punches.
Bison throws a sloppy head kick and Adams moves out of range easily.

Adams manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bison on his heels. He'll look to pass Bison's guard now, I'm sure.

Adams postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bison is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Adams, into his guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Mike Bison will probably get the nod.

Adams's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bison connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Adams scrambles back to his feet.

Adams wants to take a breather but Bison is having none of it.
Still in half guard, Adams seems content to control.

Adams is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bison is just riding it out for now. Adams eventually gives up the hold.

Bison is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Adams's shoulder. That is not cool.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Adams tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
Bison tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Bison decides to stand back up.
Bison is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

No joy there for Bison, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Bison throws a push kick but Adams slaps the foot to one side.
