Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Einstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bruno Oliveira!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Carl Einstein!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oliveira shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Oliveira has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Einstein can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Carl Einstein showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Oliveira's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Einstein lands an elbow to the side of the head.
You can see the frustration on Oliveira's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

I really don't envy Oliveira right now.
Einstein is trying to stick to Oliveira's back but Oliveira is turning into Einstein. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Einstein's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Oliveira.

Einstein is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Carl Einstein is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
