A looping hook to the body misses from Steele. Botwin does a little dance to reset his feet.
Botwin throws a head kick but Steele moves out of range.

Botwin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Nancy Botwin.

Botwin throws a body kick that misses.
Botwin tries a low kick but Steele avoids it.
Steele changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Botwin tries to avoid it but Steele manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Botwin to the ground. Botwin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Botwin.
Steele looks gassed!

A head kick lands from Botwin that sends Steele to the canvas. Steele tries to scramble back to his feet but Botwin brings him back down into side control.

Steele tries to reverse the position but Botwin maintains control.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Botwin connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Botwin loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Steele scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Botwin land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Botwin stands and salutes the crowd.
