Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nicolas Zerka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Acme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zerka's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, mc circulaire. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

and Acme counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Acme circles away from the clinch attempt.
Zerka shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Acme counters with a nice uppercut.

Zerka seems to be working for a kimura but Acme defends the submission attempt.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Zerka is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Acme as he works his way to full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Zerka drops back looking for a leg! Acme is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Acme manages to kick Zerka off! Zerka jumps back into Acme's guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
