Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borris Whoopyourasski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Paul might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lamb of God-Omerta. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul tries to move into range but Whoopyourasski moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Whoopyourasski walks into a straight right hand from Paul.
Paul throws a leg kick
and Whoopyourasski counters with a nice uppercut.
Whoopyourasski lands a jab to the head.
Paul throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Paul takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Whoopyourasski counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Whoopyourasski scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Whoopyourasski dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Paul. That did some damage!

Oh Paul is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
That kick from Whoopyourasski tenderised Paul's leg. Paul is trying to keep his angry face on.
Paul seems to have got his legs back now.
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Paul might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
