Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matt Cronan!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marquardt shoots in for a takedown but Cronan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Marquardt slips a jab and a cross from Cronan.
Marquardt's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Marquardt duly obliges.
Cronan misses with a hook. Marquardt ducked under it nicely.
Marquardt throws a sloppy head kick and Cronan moves out of range easily.

Marquardt tries to keep at a distance but Cronan has taken the fight into the clinch.
Cronan is working Marquardt over against the cage.
Cronan lands a left hand that snaps the head of Marquardt backwards.
Marquardt is working for takedown but Cronan is calmly controlling the position for now.
Marquardt misses with some punches.

Cronan drops Marquardt onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Marquardt is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Oh Marquardt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cronan lands a big right hand that drops Marquardt! The killer instinct kicks in and Cronan finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Cronan!
