Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bud Macintosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabiano DeSilva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DeSilva has chosen Todd Rundgren - Bang On The Drum All Day as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macintosh with a lazy takedown attempt
and DeSilva counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
DeSilva dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Macintosh. That did some damage!

Macintosh wants to control from the top but DeSilva keeps moving.

Macintosh drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but DeSilva manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Macintosh has DeSilva in his guard.

Fabiano DeSilva is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
DeSilva tries a low kick but Macintosh avoids it.

and Macintosh counters with a nice double leg into side control. DeSilva won't be happy with that.
DeSilva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Macintosh. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
