Beckenbauer comes to the cage accompanied by Apaga mas não bate . Carter has chosen La Roux - In For The Kill as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beckenbauer darts in trying to clinch
and Carter counters with a left to the body.

Carter closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Beckenbauer! Carter dives in looking to finish! Beckenbauer is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
