Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kolya Pufik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Vladimir Khabensky and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pufik falls off balance throwing a combination
and StPierre counters with a nice leg kick.
A nice combination there by StPierre.
StPierre throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
StPierre looks to land a right hand but Pufik moved out of range.
Pufik throws a head kick that StPierre semi-blocks.
Pufik works over StPierre's head and body with a nice combination.

StPierre gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Pufik is trying to force a seperation but StPierre has the dominant position.

Pufik breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
StPierre lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Kolya Pufik has been cut.
Pufik blocks a jab.
Pufik slips a straight right by StPierre.
StPierre keeps the fight on the outside.
Sloppy strikes from StPierre. Those never looked like landing.
StPierre tries to move into range but Pufik moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Pufik works over StPierre's head and body with a nice combination.
Pufik looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
No joy there for Pufik, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
StPierre jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Pufik throws a lazy head kick
and StPierre counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Oh Pufik is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pufik is breathing heavily.
StPierre cracks Pufik with a hook to the temple - Pufik is on wobbly legs here! StPierre swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Pufik falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! StPierre wins by TKO!
