Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Benny McCartny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Bunoyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCartny feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Bunoyan is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
McCartny preventing the sweep.
Bunoyan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McCartny. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

McCartny will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
McCartny trying to control but Bunoyan is working from the bottom.
Bunoyan looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but McCartny puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
McCartny is nestled in close to Bunoyan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

McCartny is keen to just control but Bunoyan is a slippery customer.

Bunoyan shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. McCartny is trying to defend but Bunoyan finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Bunoyan decides to stand up, so the ref orders McCartny to his feet.
McCartny is breathing heavily.

McCartny gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bunoyan drops back looking for a leg! McCartny is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and McCartny manages to kick Bunoyan off! Bunoyan jumps back into McCartny's guard.
McCartny controls Bunoyan momentarily but Bunoyan frees himself.

Bunoyan working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of McCartny's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McCartny tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bunoyan stops McCartny from standing up.
Bunoyan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bunoyan pushes down on McCartny's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Bunoyan lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Bunoyan keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Bunoyan throws a sloppy head kick and McCartny moves out of range easily.

McCartny tries to sprawl but Bunoyan drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bunoyan takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Bunoyan is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but McCartny is surviving well by controlling Bunoyan's body position as best he can.
McCartny is wriggling around trying to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bunoyan has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of McCartny's face.

It looks like Benny McCartny has been cut.

McCartny tries to control the position but Bunoyan now has his back.
Bunoyan not allowing McCartny to control his hands.
Bunoyan lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can McCartny hold on?!
What can McCartny do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

McCartny wants to control his opponent's hands but Bunoyan gets his hands free.

Bunoyan has both hooks in and is working for a choke. McCartny is in real trouble here. Bunoyan gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, McCartny is tapping out! Bunoyan wins by rear naked choke!
