Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nigel Beardwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gage R (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beardwood comes to the cage accompanied by The Black Angels - Young Men Dead. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

R isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Beardwood stacks R on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Beardwood!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

R throws his legs up looking for a submission but Beardwood uses it to pass to side control.
