Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dalton Wolfe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noel Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolfe's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Run this town by Jay-Z. Smith comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Duality - Slipknot kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Dalton Wolfe has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolfe waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Smith.
Smith fails with the takedown
and Wolfe counters with a nice uppercut.
Donk. Smith catches Wolfe right on the button with a cross.
Wolfe takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Smith shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wolfe pinned against the cage. Wolfe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Smith shoots in for a double leg but Wolfe sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Dalton Wolfe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Noel Smith.
Wolfe throws a right hand that Smith ducks under and follows up with a left that Smith also avoids with ease.
Wolfe throws a solid leg kick but Smith takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Wolfe.

The crowd cheers as Smith lands an impressive looking overhand right. Wolfe doesn't seem phased though.
Noel Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smith misses with a takedown attempt - Wolfe sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Wolfe counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Smith ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wolfe moves away.
Smith lands a nice shot to the body.
Smith walks forward, straight into a front kick from Wolfe.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wolfe lands a head kick!
Wolfe slaps away a takedown attempt from Smith, before circling back to the center of the mat.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Smith scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Wolfe doesn't seem bothered though.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Smith takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Wolfe throws a sloppy body shot
and Smith counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Wolfe thinking.
Smith closes the distance and clinches up with Wolfe, looking for a takedown. Smith pushes Wolfe against the cage but Wolfe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wolfe feints and then cracks Smith's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Smith down.
Wolfe just misses with a punch to the body.
Good leg kick by Wolfe there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Wolfe throws a leg kick but Smith moved away.
Smith is trying desperately to land a takedown but Wolfe is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Smith.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Smith crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Wolfe - the referee stops the clock and Smith gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Wolfe. Smith manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Wolfe throws out a leg kick but Smith moves out of range and Wolfe only half commits.
Smith dives in and grabs Wolfe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wolfe pushes down on Smith's head and hops out.

Wolfe throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Wolfe pushes down on Smith's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Smith slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Smith bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wolfe's guard.

That's time! Wolfe's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Smith fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wolfe sprawls well initially but Smith persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Smith wants to free his trapped foot but Wolfe is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Smith is looking to take a break and control but Wolfe is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Dalton Wolfe is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Smith swings for the body but Wolfe moves out of range.
Smith lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dalton Wolfe.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wolfe, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
