Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Satsuya Kondou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Van Wilder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilder scores with a push kick.
Kondou feints and then cracks Wilder's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Wilder down.
Kondou moves out of range of the strikes.
Wilder looks to throw a body kick
and Kondou connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Wilder throws a solid leg kick but Kondou takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Wilder.
A telegraphed right hand from Wilder misses the target.
Kondou tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wilder paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wilder ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kondou moves away.
Kondou lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Kondou has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Satsuya Kondou has been cut.
Wilder scoring well with a low kick there.
Van Wilder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wilder misses with a combination
and Kondou counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Wilder thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Kondou if he has to take too many more of those.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wilder finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

letting Kondou counter with a right hand.
Kondou tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wilder paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kondou tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Wilder throws a series of punches but Kondou avoids them all with ease.
Wilder fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Wilder throws a series of punches but Kondou moves out of range.
Wilder throws a right hand that misses
and Kondou makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wilder throws a hook to the side of Kondou's head but Kondou sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wilder misses with the combination.
Wilder lands with a nice combination. Kondou backs away looking to recover.
Kondou throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wilder throws a big shot that misses.
Nice straight punches there by Wilder. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Wilder.

Kondou is rocked!
Wilder fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kondou looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kondou is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
and Wilder counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Kondou! He's just covering up as Wilder starts to tee off till referee steps in and stops the fight!
