Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jin Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tj Hooke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hooke has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeda tries to clinch up.
Hooke lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Hooke misses with a lunging right hand

and Takeda counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Hooke is pressed up against the cage. Takeda has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hooke down to the mat. Hooke avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Takeda throws a low kick but it's checked well by Hooke.

Takeda shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hooke is trying to defend but Takeda finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Takeda is trying for a kimura here. Hooke looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Takeda wins by kimura!
