Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Drew Carpenter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miggery Sow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carpenter comes to the cage accompanied by Blue Heaven. Miggery Sow will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sow darts in trying to clinch

and Carpenter decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sow's guard.
Carpenter wants to pass the guard but Sow is keeping the position.
Sow wants to stand up but Carpenter is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Carpenter passes Sow's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Carpenter passes to side control.
Sow takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Carpenter works to advance to full mount. Sow defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Sow tries to reverse the position but Carpenter maintains control.

Sow tries to lock up and control but Carpenter gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
