Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebastien Chevalier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Pozsgai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chevalier comes to the cage accompanied by The Final Countdown. Pozsgai has chosen PC Park - Klatka as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stefan Pozsgai!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksandr Martynov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pozsgai thumps Chevalier with a low kick.

Pozsgai wants the takedown. Chevalier is fighting it off but Pozsgai persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Chevalier's guard against the cage.

Chevalier lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pozsgai!
Pozsgai is looking to improve his position but Chevalier isn't that keen on the idea.

Pozsgai is desperately trying to improve his position but Chevalier has a good base and remains in mount.

Pozsgai is wriggling around trying to escape.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Chevalier controlling the pace for now.
Pozsgai is squirming around, avoiding Chevalier's attempts to control the action.

Chevalier looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stefan Pozsgai showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Pozsgai throws a hook to the side of Chevalier's head but Chevalier sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A head kick misses from Pozsgai.
Pozsgai lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Pozsgai rushes Chevalier and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Pozsgai misses with a hook to the ribs.

Chevalier manages to break the clinch.
Pozsgai throws a leg kick which misses Chevalier's front leg but catches the back leg as Chevalier tries to avoid it.
Pozsgai scores with a jab to the jaw.
Pozsgai connects with a body shot that sends Chevalier's belly button to the back.
Pozsgai fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Pozsgai finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Pozsgai shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Pozsgai throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Pozsgai fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Pozsgai swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Chevalier is now in Pozsgai's guard. A big mistake from Pozsgai there, giving up the dominant position!

Well Pozsgai has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
