PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Blow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kamael Kron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kron is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Question !/SOAD. The key to victory for King Blow has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blow showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kron.

Kron shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kron showed some decent athleticism there.
Kron drops an elbow to the side of Blow's head.
Blow tries to kick Kron off but Kron keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Kron content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Kron is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Kron working over Blow with some ground and pound. Blow looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Kron lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Blow parries the strikes from Kron easily there. Kron is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Blow to escape.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kron creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Blow sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Blow is breathing heavily.
Kron is trying to ground and pound but Blow uses the momentary lack of control by Kron to regain half guard.
Blow is trying to stand up here but Kron is controlling him well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kron is stalling here. Blow is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Kron seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Blow has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Blow stands up.

Kron throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Blow was covering up waiting for the punch and Kron finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Kron wants to control from the top but Blow keeps moving.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kron accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Kron is trying to escape back to his feet but Blow uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Kron is pushing Blow's head away, looking to escape. Blow manages to hold on to the position though.
Blow wants to stand but Kron is controlling his arm.

Blow has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Kron misses with a wild combination.
King Blow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kron will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Well Kron has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
