Nice combo by Brasi! Oh, that's hurt him - Romero falls to the canvas and Brasi follows him into side control.

It looks like Pedro Romero has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brasi is trying to ground and pound but Romero uses the momentary lack of control by Brasi to regain half guard.
Brasi is thwarting Romero's attempts to control the position.

Brasi seems to be working for a kimura but Romero defends the submission attempt.
Romero regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Brasi.
Brasi tries to free his leg and advance position but Romero is retaining full guard.
Brasi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Romero. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Romero controls Brasi momentarily but Brasi frees himself.
