Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Odayr Shurlt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Hancock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shurlt comes to the cage accompanied by Guns N' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle . John Hancock will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shurlt fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Hancock lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shurlt circles away quickly and effectively.
John Hancock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hancock misses with a body shot

and Shurlt counters with a shoot takedown. Hancock fights it but they end up in guard.
Shurlt sitting in guard here, content to control.
Hancock is trying to control the position but Shurlt postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shurlt passes into half guard.

Shurlt working over Hancock with some ground and pound. Hancock looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Shurlt is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hancock doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Shurlt.
Shurlt is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Hancock tries to get to full guard but Shurlt has control of the leg.
Shurlt moves into full mount! Hancock won't be happy about that!
Hancock throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Shurlt content just to control the position here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hancock is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Hancock is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Shurlt locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Hancock is forced to tap!
