Deere scores with a takedown into Banks's guard.
Deere works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Deere passes to side control.
Deere is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Banks knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Deere lands a nice forearm strike.

Banks wants to control but Deere postures up.
Deere has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Banks!

Banks tries to reverse the position but Deere maintains control.
Banks tries to control Deere's body but Deere pushes him off. Banks squirms to his side and now Deere has his back!

Banks wants to escape the position.
Deere lands with a hammerfist to the side of Banks's head.
Deere cracks Banks with a big right hand from the back mount! Banks immediately covers up and the referee dives in to save him under a barrage of more strikes! Deere takes this one by TKO!
