Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Perfect Mma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Leblanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perfect Mma has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mma with a poor takedown
and Leblanc counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Perfect Mma has been cut.
Mma rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Leblanc counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mma throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Leblanc has closed the distance and engaged Mma in a clinch.

Leblanc decides to pull guard.

Leblanc pushes Mma off and scrambles back to his feet.
Leblanc tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Mma manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Leblanc avoids the body shot from Mma.
Leblanc is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mma misses with a lunging right hand

and Leblanc counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Mma!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mma wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Leblanc throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Mma!

Leblanc controlling well, preventing Mma from escaping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Leblanc has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Mma has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Leblanc tries to get the hooks in deep but Mma pushed the leg off.

Leblanc is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Mma has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Mma is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Leblanc is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Leblanc is cranking Mma's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Mma! He's tightened the choke and Mma is tapping out!
