The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sigurdsson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Flay counters with a solid body kick.
Sigurdsson misses with a straight left.
Flay buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Sigurdsson throws a series of punches but Flay moves out of range.
Sigurdsson scores with the left hand. Flay knows he should have avoided that one.
Flay ducks under a wild hook from Sigurdsson.

Flay shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
