Jones has chosen Twilight Of The Thunder God as his entrance music. Lorian Jones will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heartless shoots in but Jones avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Jones lands with a nice body punch.
Heartless shoots in for a double leg but Jones sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Heartless fails in his attempt to clinch.

letting Jones counter with a right hand.

It looks like Koldan Heartless has been cut.
Heartless is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Heartless shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jones napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Heartless fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Jones is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Heartless is controlling him well.

Heartless tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Heartless goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Jones has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Heartless but great work by Jones.

Heartless fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jones avoids it really well and circles away.

Heartless shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jones sprawls well. Jones wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Heartless gets slowly back to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oooooh!!! Jones has knocked Heartless down with a huge combo! Jones steps away and waves a wobbly Heartless back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Are you kidding me?! Jones ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Heartless clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
