Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sub Zero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinton Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ellis is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 5 minutes alone. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zero gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Zero is working an open guard so Ellis takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Ellis moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Ellis uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zero.
Ellis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Ellis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Ellis stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.

Ellis closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Ellis decides to stand up, so the ref orders Zero to his feet.

Ellis tries to bum rush Zero with a series of wild strikes but Zero uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Zero throws a looping overhand right but Ellis ducks down to avoid it.
Ellis uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zero.
Sub Zero is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ellis throws a nice looking combination but Zero bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
No luck for Ellis with that takedown attempt.
Ellis looks gassed!
Ellis throws a series of punches but Zero moves out of range.
Zero dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ellis walks into a jab.

It looks like Quinton Ellis has been cut.

Zero drops Ellis with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ellis looks back up at him and smiles so Zero waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zero is looking to clinch.
Ellis has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Zero finds it's way round the side to connect with Ellis's head.
Ellis misses with a double jab
and Zero counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ellis thinking.

Donk. Zero catches Ellis right on the button with a cross.

Zero lands a big uppercut and Ellis crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ellis looks OK. Zero waves Ellis back to his feet!

Ellis is rocked!

That has opened up Quinton Ellis's cut even more.
Ellis walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Zero swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
