Howell has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

That was a close second round but I would say that Lester Howell will probably get the nod.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Howell crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Reed - the referee stops the clock and Howell gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Reed. Howell manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Reed throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Howell stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Reed uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Howell has time to react.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Howell looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
