The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Thunders as Unitas shoots in.
Thunders looks for the body kick but Unitas saw that one coming.
Thunders scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A low kick from Unitas misses
and Thunders counters with a head kick. That will keep Unitas thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A thudding body kick lands there by Thunders!
Unitas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Thunders's waist but Thunders gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Unitas off to one side.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Unitas might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Thunders has got the better of the exchanges.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Unitas shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thunders but Thunders pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Unitas's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
