Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lukas Onderek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Shabadoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Lukas Onderek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Joey Shabadoo!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shabadoo darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Shabadoo looks to throw the jab but Onderek is out of range.
Onderek swings widly with a right hand

and Shabadoo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Shabadoo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Onderek misses with a hook

and Shabadoo counters with a shoot takedown. Onderek fights it but they end up in guard.
Shabadoo advances position into side control!
Shabadoo moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Shabadoo tries to advance to mount but Onderek denies him.
Onderek is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Shabadoo off and has taken his back!
Onderek is hanging on to Shabadoo's back as he tries to escape.
Shabadoo is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Onderek is trying to control. Shabadoo wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Shabadoo wants to control but Onderek is keeping busy.
Onderek is just content to waste time from the top position. Shabadoo takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Onderek postures up in Shabadoo's guard and throws a big left but Shabadoo blocks it.

Shabadoo lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Onderek!
Onderek wants to control but Shabadoo is having none of it.

Shabadoo has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Onderek's face.
Shabadoo wants to control the pace but Onderek is squirming around nicely.
Onderek is looking to get to half guard.
Onderek wants to hold on but Shabadoo pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Joey Shabadoo dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Shabadoo lands a jab to Onderek's midsection.
Onderek throws a lazy uppercut
and Shabadoo counters with a stiff right hand.
Lukas Onderek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Onderek swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Shabadoo makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Onderek really felt that one!
Shabadoo throws an overhand right that lands on Onderek's shoulder, as Onderek tries to avoid the shot.
Onderek tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Shabadoo was well out of range. Poor timing from Onderek.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Onderek swings widly with a right hand
and Shabadoo counters with a stiff right hand.
Shabadoo scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Onderek gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Shabadoo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Shabadoo stuns Onderek with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Shabadoo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Onderek stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Shabadoo closes the distance and clinches.

Shabadoo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
The crowd cheers as Shabadoo lands an impressive looking overhand right. Onderek doesn't seem phased though.
Shabadoo cracks Onderek with a right hand to the side of the head.
Onderek swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Onderek misses with a right hand
and Shabadoo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Shabadoo shoots in looking for a takedown. Onderek tries to sprawl out of it but Shabadoo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Onderek manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Shabadoo scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!


It looks like Lukas Onderek has been cut.

and Shabadoo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
A looping hook to the body misses from Shabadoo. Onderek does a little dance to reset his feet.

Shabadoo misses with the combination.
Shabadoo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Onderek throws a left and a right that both miss
and Shabadoo counters with a straight right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shabadoo tries to clinch but Onderek moves out of range.
Shabadoo takes a swing at Onderek's ribcage but misses.

and Shabadoo counters with a right hand to the body.
Onderek needs to keep his hands up - Shabadoo had a free shot at his head there.
Shabadoo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Lukas Onderek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joey Shabadoo.

Shabadoo is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Shabadoo's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Shabadoo slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Shabadoo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Onderek has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Shabadoo has managed to get both his arms back between Onderek's legs - danger averted.
Onderek can't keep his opponent in guard - Shabadoo advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Shabadoo working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Shabadoo is trying to control the action in half guard but Onderek is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Onderek has hold of Shabadoo's hands but Shabadoo slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Shabadoo thows a huge punch but Onderek dodges it nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Shabadoo is taking a breather. Onderek says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Joey Shabadoo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's time! Onderek's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!



Shabadoo drives through with a takedown into Onderek's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Shabadoo lands a couple of elbows.
Shabadoo has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Shabadoo stands and throws Onderek's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Joey Shabadoo is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Shabadoo sizes up Onderek with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Shabadoo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Onderek is trying to defend but Shabadoo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Joey Shabadoo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Shabadoo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
