The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutkowska throws a series of punches but Mcgee avoids them all with ease.
Rutkowska moves into range and connects with a jab.

It looks like Spaz Mcgee has been cut.

Rutkowska instigates a clinch.

Rutkowska pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mcgee shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rutkowska sprawls well. Rutkowska wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mcgee gets slowly back to his feet.
Mcgee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rutkowska's waist but Rutkowska gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mcgee off to one side.

Oooooh!!! Rutkowska has knocked Mcgee down with a huge combo! Rutkowska steps away and waves a wobbly Mcgee back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Emilia Rutkowska seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rutkowska darts in and clinches Mcgee up against the cage.
