And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcus Miller!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Viktor Lagutenko and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Price moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A jab from Miller does it's job there.
Price is looking to clinch.
Miller wants to clinch but Price slips to the side

and Price counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Price manages to break the clinch.
Miller tries to clinch up

and Price counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Miller's guard now.
Price controls from within his opponent's guard.
Price with a flurry of punches that miss.
Price might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Price wants to pass the guard but Miller is keeping the position.
Price won't allow Miller to sweep him here.

Miller throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Price counters by moving into the clinch.
Miller has had enough of the clinch but Price keeps him there for the moment.

Miller escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Price tries to score a body lock takedown but Miller shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Price breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Price counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Price tries to score a body lock takedown but Miller shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Price tries to close the distance and clinch up but Miller swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Price in side control, throwing shots but Miller defends.
Miller is trying to control Price's posture but Price avoids it.
Miller wants to get back to his feet but Price drags him back down.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Price, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
