Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dominick Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ringo Star (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Star comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ringo Starr's It Don't Come Easy kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ringo Star will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Star fails with an attempt to clinch.
Star slaps away a takedown attempt from Cruz, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Star is looking to clinch.
Cruz avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Star moves in looking to clinch but Cruz pushes him off.

Cruz has Star up against the cage in a clinch.
Cruz blocks an elbow strike.
Star throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Star throws an elbow that misses.
Cruz is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Cruz tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Star smiles and moves away.

Star is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Cruz avoids a wild elbow strike from Star.
Star misses with an elbow over the top.
Star comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
