Rodgers misses with a combination
and Lombard counters with an inside leg kick.
Rodgers throws a lazy uppercut
and Lombard counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Lombard loads up on a big right hand but Rodgers slips the punch.
Lombard throws a leg kick
and Rodgers connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Lombard bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Rodgers's head backwards.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rodgers misses with a hook
and Lombard counters with a low kick, right behind Rodgers 's knee.
Rodgers swings widly with a right hand
and Lombard counters with a straight right hand.
Rodgers throws a lazy right hand but Lombard sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Rodgers misses with a left hand
enabling Lombard to counter with a crisp jab.
Rodgers is breathing heavily.
Lombard swings widly with a right hand
and Rodgers cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lombard takes one to the side of the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lombard cracks Rodgers on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Rodgers falls backwards against the ropes. Lombard follows up with more strikes that drop Rodgers to his knees. Lombard keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Rodgers! This one is all over!
