Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vanish Savckenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mateusz Molibdenowy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Molibdenowy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hemp Gru - HWDP. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vanish Savckenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mateusz Molibdenowy!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Savckenko lands a big head kick that sends Molibdenowy tumbling to the mat! Savckenko takes a step backwards and waves Molibdenowy back to his feet - he wants the finish!


It looks like Mateusz Molibdenowy has been cut.
Savckenko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Savckenko tries a head kick but it misses.
Savckenko tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Molibdenowy swivels and escapes.

Molibdenowy scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Molibdenowy wants to control but Savckenko is keeping him busy.
Savckenko is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

and Savckenko finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

That was a close round but I would say that Vanish Savckenko will probably get the nod.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

and Savckenko counters with a good low kick that Molibdenowy was not able to check.

and Molibdenowy counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Molibdenowy.
Savckenko putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Molibdenowy in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

Molibdenowy throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Savckenko tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Molibdenowy is in Savckenko's guard.

Molibdenowy is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Savckenko has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Savckenko!

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Savckenko throws a series of strikes that have Molibdenowy backpedaling.

Molibdenowy gets a clinch.
Molibdenowy blocks an elbow strike.
A frustrated look appears on Molibdenowy's face as he tries to break the clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Molibdenowy slows down the pace here.
Savckenko gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

And that's the end of the fight!
Mateusz Molibdenowy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Molibdenowy has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
