PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ernesto Debesciak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anjolito Quintana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Debesciak might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bezimienni- Walka. Quintana has chosen The APL Song as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quintana doesn't manage to clinch there - Debesciak circles away.
Quintana will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Debesciak pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Quintana throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Quintana is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Debesciak.
Debesciak steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Quintana.

Quintana closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Quintana wants to work for an arm triangle but Debesciak is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Debesciak moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Quintana wants to control from the top but Debesciak keeps moving.

Debesciak drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Quintana manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Debesciak has Quintana in his guard.

Quintana might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Debesciak kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
