Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cyrille Chateau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Bond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chateau gets tackled into the cage by Bond. Bond maintains the clinch.
Bond using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Chateau has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Chateau blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Bond tries to pull guard but Chateau won't allow it.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.

Chateau gets control of Bond's arms and successfully pulls guard. Chateau will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Bond seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chateau can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bond controls the pace.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bond stands up over Chateau, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Chateau is just content to waste time from the top position. Bond takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Chateau got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bond has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chateau has managed to get both his arms back between Bond's legs - danger averted.

Bond pushes Chateau off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Bond shoots in looking for a takedown. Chateau tries to sprawl out of it but Bond keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Chateau manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
