Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mark Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Skywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander comes to the cage accompanied by whigfield-saturday night. Mark Alexander has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Luke Skywalker!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skywalker connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Alexander's hands.

Skywalker passes into half guard under a barage of strikes.
Alexander on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Alexander tries to get out of the position.
Alexander won't allow Skywalker to pass to mount.
Alexander keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Skywalker thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Skywalker slips a nice elbow through Alexander's hands, connecting with Alexander's forehead.
Skywalker has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Skywalker winds up and cracks Alexander with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Skywalker cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Skywalker lands a big shot there that rocks Alexander but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Skywalker scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Skywalker lands a heavy elbow.


Alexander is rocked!
Skywalker loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Alexander scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Skywalker land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Skywalker stands and salutes the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luke Skywalker!
