PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Major Graham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamye Jasta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Major Graham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jamye Jasta!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jasta gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Graham counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Graham wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Graham throws a shot to the body.
Jasta looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Graham lands a nice hook to Jasta's body. Jasta takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Graham lands a big head kick that sends Jasta tumbling to the mat! Graham takes a step backwards and waves Jasta back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Graham lands a leg kick that knocks Jasta off balance momentarily.

Graham drops Jasta with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Jasta looks back up at him and smiles so Graham waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Jasta is rocked!
Graham throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Jasta on the side of the head.
Jasta on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jasta chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Graham can pounce on him.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Graham sends Jasta crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Graham is motioning to the referee to let Jasta up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Jasta is still on wobbly legs! Can Graham finish him?
Graham lunges at Jasta with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Jasta's hand.
Graham walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Jasta drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Graham swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Jasta's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Major Graham!
