Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charon Fawkes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cid Wakka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cid Wakka will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Charon Fawkes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cid Wakka!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Ivan Kurochkin and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fawkes shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wakka as he jumps to the side.
Fawkes shoots in but no luck this time.
Wakka tries to clinch but Fawkes moves out of range.
Fawkes shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wakka sprawls well. Wakka wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fawkes gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Charon Fawkes. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wakka connects with a jab.
It looks like Charon Fawkes has been cut.
Wakka's corner calls for a 1-2. Wakka obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Wakka is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Wakka defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fawkes.
Fawkes has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wakka finds it's way round the side to connect with Fawkes's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wakka fails with an attempt to clinch.
Fawkes throws a head kick but Wakka moves out of range.
Fawkes changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wakka tries to avoid it but Fawkes manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wakka to the ground. Wakka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Fawkes looks for a takedown but Wakka sprawls well.
Fawkes tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wakka sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fawkes somewhat.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fawkes looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Fawkes is breathing heavily.
BOOM! Wakka lands a beautiful left hook that drops Fawkes. Fawkes tries to recover but Wakka is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Fawkes lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cid Wakka!
