The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wentworth lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Victor Payne has been cut.
Wentworth throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Payne.

Payne stalks Wentworth and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wentworth's face. Wentworth staggers backwards, shaken.

and Payne decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Wentworth's guard.

Wentworth is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Payne dives into side control.

Payne has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Wentworth is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Payne yanks on the arm and Wentworth is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Payne.
