Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Vandrax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Vandrax.
Vandrax tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jensen was well out of range. Poor timing from Vandrax.
Vandrax misses with a wild body shot.
Jensen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Vandrax or perhaps it was just good defense by Jensen which made him look bad.
Jensen blocks a head kick by Vandrax.
Vandrax misses with a head kick.
Vandrax looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jensen avoids the head kick by Vandrax.

Jensen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jensen showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jensen winds up and cracks Vandrax with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Vandrax gets back to full guard.
Jensen missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Jensen throwing strikes from guard but Vandrax blocks nicely.
Jensen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vandrax. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jensen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Jensen stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Vandrax throws up his legs and catches Jensen in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Jensen tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Vandrax! That came out of nowhere!
