Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Yoshihiro Akiyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osama Arab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yoshihiro Akiyama!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Osama Arab!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Akiyama.
Akiyama dives in and grabs Arab's left leg, looking for a takedown. Arab pushes down on Akiyama's head and hops out.
Arab looks to land a combination but Akiyama avoids it well.
Akiyama shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Arab is trying to defend but Akiyama finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Akiyama is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Akiyama is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Arab has one foot on Akiyama's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Osama Arab seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Crunch! Arab slams his shin into Akiyama's torso.
Akiyama is breathing heavily.
Arab lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Akiyama circles away quickly and effectively.
Arab moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Arab closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Yoshihiro Akiyama has been cut.
A left lands for Arab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Arab plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Arab explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Akiyama takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Arab swinging wildly here.
Akiyama shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Akiyama is rocked!
Arab throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Akiyama colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Arab as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Akiyama is left battered and dazed whilst Arab and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Osama Arab!
