Taylor closes the distance and lands a one-two.

A head kick from Hominick lands but Taylor takes it in his stride.
It looks like Simian Taylor has been cut.

Taylor must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Taylor accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Hominick throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Taylor lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Taylor throws and elbow that misses. Hominick uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Taylor's guard. Nice move by Hominick!

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Hominick has Taylor up against the cage in a clinch.
Hominick wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Taylor has him pressed against the cage.
Hominick tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Hominick keeps control of Taylor as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Taylor is trying to force a seperation but Hominick has the dominant position.
Hominick tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Taylor smiles and moves away.

Hominick has Taylor pressed against the cage, preventing Taylor from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Hominick tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
A frustrated look appears on Taylor's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Taylor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Taylor clobbers Hominick with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Taylor.
Hominick manages to work his way to half guard, despite Taylor's best efforts.
Taylor thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hominick's head.

Taylor scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Hominick regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Taylor.
Hominick working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Taylor doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Hominick is tightening it up a little... Taylor has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Taylor reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Taylor taps out! nice BJJ there by Hominick!
