The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCartny shoots and misses
and Guivarra cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Guivarra shoots in and gets a takedown into McCartny's guard.
McCartny keeping moving, preventing Guivarra from controlling successfully.
Guivarra pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McCartny is keeping the position for now.
McCartny is trying to keep Guivarra in close.
McCartny has his hands on Guivarra's head, controlling the position.
McCartny not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
We're going to have a standup here because Benny McCartny wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
McCartny throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

McCartny shoots and misses
and Guivarra counters with a left and a right that stings McCartny.
Guivarra changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McCartny looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
McCartny is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Guivarra off and has taken his back!
McCartny is cranking Guivarra's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Guivarra! He's tightened the choke and Guivarra is tapping out!
