The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Juutilainen.
Mulqvist tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Juutilainen is able to avoid easily.
Mulqvist lands a jab to the nose.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Juutilainen.
Mulqvist closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Juutilainen did well to prevent Mulqvist getting side control.
Juutilainen tries to get to full guard but Mulqvist has control of the leg.
Juutilainen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Juutilainen is concentrating on defense, preventing Mulqvist from advancing position.

Mulqvist is looking to take a break and control but Juutilainen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
