Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas LaVey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaVey's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Deicide - Scars of the Crucifix. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Travis Lucas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and LaVey makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Lucas really felt that one!

Horrible takedown by LaVey or perhaps it was just good defense by Lucas which made him look bad.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and LaVey counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lucas won't be happy with that.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

LaVey tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no LaVey has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

LaVey thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Lucas sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
LaVey throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and LaVey counters with a big head kick but Lucas shrugs it off.
Lucas looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
LaVey connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Lucas throws a right hand that misses
and LaVey counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Lucas is lucky that one didn't land flush.
LaVey fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lucas manages to avoid it.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by LaVey.

Travis Lucas is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lucas goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
LaVey feints and then cracks Lucas's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lucas down.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lucas.

LaVey throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Lucas swings away with a leg kick that misses.
LaVey dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lucas. That did some damage!

Lucas moves out of range as LaVey strikes.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts LaVey, as that shot connected.

LaVey feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lucas's calf.
This has been an exciting period of action!
LaVey throws a head kick but Lucas moves out of range.
Lucas takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A punch lands to the side of Lucas 's head but he takes it in his stride.
LaVey lands with an uppercut that bounces Lucas off the cage and back into rage.
LaVey wants to clinch
enabling Lucas to counter with a crisp jab.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Lucas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

LaVey will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Lucas takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

and LaVey counters with a head kick. That will keep Lucas thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Lucas uses good head movement to avoid the hook from LaVey.
LaVey does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

That kick from LaVey tenderised Lucas's leg. Lucas is trying to keep his angry face on.

The crowd cheers as LaVey lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lucas doesn't seem phased though.
LaVey bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lucas's head backwards.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as LaVey checks a leg kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by LaVey. That's going to slow Lucas down.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
LaVey throws a low kick but Lucas moves out of range easily.
LaVey lands a high kick!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
LaVey lands a nice hook to Lucas's body. Lucas takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
LaVey closes the distance and clinches up with Lucas, looking for a takedown. LaVey pushes Lucas against the cage but Lucas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

And that's the end of the fight!

Well LaVey has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
