Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between High Voltage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ogun Zepkirk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Voltage's entrance music is One 24. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Zepkirk's choice of entrance music: Andreas Tilliander - Back to the USA. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, High Voltage!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ogun Zepkirk!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zepkirk throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ogun Zepkirk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zepkirk throws a right hand that misses
and Voltage counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Zepkirk misses with a left hand
and Voltage counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Zepkirk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Voltage counters with a nice uppercut.
Zepkirk tries to close the distance and clinch up but Voltage swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Zepkirk fails with a takedown attempt.

Zepkirk rushes Voltage and presses him up against the cage.
Zepkirk throws a knee to the head but misses.

Voltage breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Zepkirk throws a poor cross that misses
letting Voltage counter with a right hand.
Voltage with a jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Voltage scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Zepkirk doesn't seem bothered though.

Zepkirk closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Voltage breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Zepkirk throws an off balance right hand
and Voltage counters with a body kick.
Zepkirk looks gassed!
Voltage feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Zepkirks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Voltage scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Zepkirk doesn't seem bothered though.

Voltage cracks Zepkirk with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Zepkirk looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Voltage finish him?

Zepkirk is rocked!

It looks like Ogun Zepkirk has been cut.
Voltage circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Zepkirk tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Voltage wins by KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). High Voltage!
