The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mercury blocks a head kick by Skywalker.
Mercury missing with a left hand there. Skywalker was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Luke Skywalker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Skywalker throws a sloppy head kick
and Mercury counters with an outside leg kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Mercury.
Skywalker misses with a kick to the body
and Mercury makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Skywalker really felt that one!
Skywalker is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mercury moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Mercury looks to score with a jab to the body but Skywalker is just out of range.
Mercury lands a head kick. Skywalker smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Luke Skywalker has been cut.
Mercury fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Skywalker.
Skywalker takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Mercury seems to be stalking Skywalker here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Skywalker drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
